Cristiano Ronaldo could leave Juventus

Man United circling around for Cristiano Ronaldo as Juve struggle to perform

According to transfer news from Manchester United are pondering over a move for Cristiano Ronaldo. Juventus are somewhat warming themselves up to the possibility that the talismanic forward leaves in the summer with just a year left on his deal.

The Portuguese superstar is one of the best players in the history of the game. Despite turning 36, Ronaldo continues to impress and has scored

in 33 Serie A appearances for Juventus this season.

However, this has failed to translate into collective success for Juventus. The Turin giants face a fight on their hands to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Failure to do so could see Ronaldo considering his future at the Italian side as a player of his calibre might not be happy with Europa League football.

There is now genuine concern that Ronaldo could leave Juve and United has been as an option. Transfer fees are expected to be no issue but his elite-level wages are.

Ronaldo has been in dialogue with Solskjaer when he recommended Fernandes’ name. Nonetheless, he could just choose to stay back due to the relaxed tax rules of the country.
