Favourite: HASTA MANANA (2)

The 2 two year old colt is in sublime form, showing positive signs of not slowing down. With three second place finishes in the last three months. HASTA MANANA is a clear favourite, Keagan De Melo was involved in the recent second place finish and will be looking to do one better this time around.

The filly will once again come out with Khumalo on the saddle, the pair finished second in their last outing in May. And with not much obvious competition on the track, PERFECT APPEAL seems the ideal favourite.

The 3 year old filly is a first time runner, but with the winning combination of Justin Snaith and Richard Fourie, we could see a strong finish from DIFFERENT FACE. Get on at 2/1 for the win.

The three year old filly, started off with a bang in the initial phases of her career, notching up three consecutive wins. Her form slowed down after that with a 12 placed finished on the 1300m track, but now but has substantially improved as of late, finishing second earlier this month. Kennedy is the only jockey who has ridden the filly.

Favourite: SILVER HOST (2)

Jockey: R Fourie – Trainer: J Snaith

SILVER HOST is a real contender, and the four year old is trained by Justin Snaith and ridden by Richard Fourie. The gelding is not stranger to the lengthier tracks and finished fourth, second, and first in his recent races over 2400m. SILVER HOST is a tempting 2/1 for the win.
