Stand a Chance to Win Nike Jordan’s Competition: Terms and Conditions

  1. Stand a chance to win one of five pairs of Nike Jordans
  2. To enter, spend R25 or more on any NBA multiple bet of five teams or more on for an automatic entry.
  3. The punter can only get an automatic entry should he place a NBA related multiple bet, no other sporting code or basketball tournament will qualify.
  4. The bet struck must be R25 or more.
  5. The punter will automatically be selected by Mbet International
  6. Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of Mbet International, and suppliers, associated companies and agencies of Mbet International are not eligible to enter.
  7. The draw date will be on the 20th of June 2022
  8. Five punters will be randomly selected by Marshalls World of Sport to win the five pairs of shoes.
  9. The customer will have an option to choose Jordan’s that are provided by us to the value of not more than R2500. The customer will not be given cash to purchase the item themselves.
  10. Excluded people will not be eligible to enter.
  11. The Promotion commences on the 01/02/2022 and ends 06/19/2022
  12. This promotion is strictly for only.
  13. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  14. If required, it will remain the responsibility of the redeemer to report any to your local law, regulatory, or tax authorities or any other relevant authorities. Mbet International will not be liable to such authorities for any payment of your personal taxes. Please note that regulatory changes in respect of taxation in certain jurisdictions may have an impact on these terms of use, and may include the deduction of any applicable levy from any winnings or withdrawals.
  15. Incomprehensible, incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and not permitted into the promotion.
  16. Mbet International reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non- compliance with the conditions of entry or if, in the opinion of Mbet International, an eligible entrant tampers with any entry mechanism in any way.
  17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Mbet International (including its employees and agents) excludes the liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss of damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
  18. Any cost associated with accessing the Mbet International website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
  19. In the event of a dispute, an individual can contact the respective gambling regulatory body in their region for assistance.
  20. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Mbet International (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity
  21. Abuse or irregular activities noted at Mbet International Discretion will result in the bonus being revoked.
  22. Mbet International reserves the right to revoke this promotion at any time and without cause or notice.
  23. Mbet International and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Mbet International or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Mbet International or its authorised agents.
  24. In the event of a dispute, it may be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling board.
